It’s #TimeToTalk – Remedies

There are lots of options open to help us cope with bouts of mental illness. Medication, talking therapies, alternative therapies and CBT all have their place, and different people will have different preferences for what treatments they access to help them cope and recover.

I thought I’d share an article I found on natural remedies for anxiety, there might be something here you haven’t considered. Have a nosy here and see what you think.
